Gorgeous vintage 1980s electric blue velvet dress. It is made from an electric blue ve”vet feel fabric with stunning gold tone bead and sequin embellishment. In the Cheongsam style this dress is figure hugging and very flattering. It has the high mandarin neckline and fastens to the back with a zip and two and hook fastenings.It’s a size Small so 6/8 possibly 10 as there is stretch to it but please check the following measurements:
