Fab 1980s American designer sequin black evening jacket by Papell Boutique.It is beaded with blue, green and gold flowers and leaves and black beaded stems. Its fully lined and 100%silk. Great with just a cami underneath and can be worn with jeans trousers or over a plain dress. Its a great piece to dress up a look with.
