1980s Ruched Blouse
Unusual 1980s blouse which could even be worn as a light jacket. It has a pleated satin band at the waist swell as a satin collar. This is a great piece to wear when you want to feel dressed up but not over the top. Looks great with black skinnies or blue denim jeans. AAs its 80s there are also removable shoulder pads.
