Really stunning and elegant monochrome vintage dress. This beautiful piece has lovely ornate buttons and a black velvet belt. The skirt of the dress is fully lined and the upper part is transparent. The ruffle detail along the neckline is so glam. This piece would live fabulous for the races or a wedding. It’s a size 8/10/12 approx depending on shape and could be easily altered. The belt can be righted to sinch the waist and the bust is free size due to the style of it. But please check the following measurements:
