Original 1980s designer Simon Ellis peplum blouse. This piece still has its original labels and spare buttons attached. It has a frilled peplum which is such a cute detail and fabric covered buttons down the front. Removable shoulder pads and a balloon style sleeve. Could also be worn open as a jacket. Label states size 16 but this bets fits sizes 12/14 but please check the following measurements:
